I'm trying to sell my '87 bw with a 87 40 hp johnson. It had set up 1 yr and the guy and I had agreed on a price subject to test run. It would run fine 15 min or so pulling a tube etc. Then it would start bogging down. Replaced tank, fuel bulb, line, carb kits, been to 3 reputable boat...
