1993 90 hp Force outboard motor - the overheating buzzer keeps going off. Happens when motor is restarted after motor has been running for a while. Will only stay on for a few minutes. Water is spraying out of exhaust ports just fine. Should there be water coming out of a pee hole?<br />Thanks...
