    i am looking at trading trucks. found a great deal on a chevy 4x4 crew cab with the small v8. my concern is how it will tow my boat. the boat loaded im around 3000lb. anyone with the 4.8 have feedback on towing with it?

    hole in hull can i just seal it?

    my boat started leaking and when i pulled it out of the water i noticed a little stream of water coming from bottom side. apparently the previous owner had drilled thru one of the compartments under the seat and drilled thru the hull. i had seen this place before but being a new boat owner...

    noise from prop when i spin by hand

    when i spin my prop by hand i hear a knocking sound. i don't remember this sound before. do i need to get this checked out soon and what could be the cause of the noise?

    anyone ever used or heard of a neptune onboard charger? my neighbor just gave me one. said it was in his old sea ray and he took it out because of the added weight. this has 3 sets of leads coming out of one end labeled as main, auxillary 1 and 2. now these im assuming go to the batteries...

    i have a 195 deck boat and want to get a fishfinder/gps to mount on console and a good fishfinder to mount up front on the bow. my 2 questions are can i have to finders mounted to 1 transducer and has anyone had problems mounting thru hull in the bilge area. any help would be appreciated...

    i need a manual for a 2006 4.3 mercruiser with a carb. i looked at the adults only thread but didn't see one for this year. i could have overlooked it since i was looking at 2am. i know iboats sells them but if i can download one for free it would be better.

    another prop question

    i have a 19.5ft tahoe deck boat with 4.3 mercruiser bravo 1 outdrive. dry weight is around 3000lb. it has stock prop. want to know what a good prop would be for all around use. lots of cruising, fishing, and some tubing.

    waxing

    when waxing my boat is it ok to apply wax by hand and then remove with orbital buffer? or should i apply and remove with buffer?

    best rpm

    i just bought a 2006 tahoe 195 deck boat with 4.3. what is the best or top rpm for this motor. have had it to around 3300 rpm. run 44-45 at this rpm. i think it will do more but don't want to push it.
