    1971 mercury 1150 leaking fuel at bottom carb.

    Hi, I have a 1971 mercury 1150 and I had a problem with it not openning up all the way at wot, I was going to spray some gumout in the carbs and I noticed the bottom one was dripping fuel out the bowl, and when I sprayed gumout in it, it reved up faster instead of bogging down like it ususally...

    I just bought a boat with a 1971 mercury 115 hp motor the motor starts good and runs good out of water but when I put it in the water it will only get up to around five or six on the output gauge, I don't know if this is the same as rpms or not but the first number on the gauge is 5 and thats...
