    Need Help:'75 20 Hp Only Starts when In Gear & 3/4 Throttle

    Just reclaimed my motor from the shop, since they couldn't identify what was causing the engine to die when throttled back below half way. It is SN-4286902 with Thunderbolt (CDI) Ign and single carb, pull start only, long shaft. Carb perfectly clean, good gas, plenty of spark at all settings...
