    ok i changer the pump. got water passing through motor but none out of pee hole or does it have one? there is a small hole on front of motor near top of mid section that i assumed was the pee hole.

    Ok i made a booboo i disconnected the battery while motor was running.... ok smack me a boat is not a car..... anyways should it have kept running or not i ve read conflicting info on this...if not how can i check the charging system with out frying another rectifer????????

    Electral help

    Does anyone know if my 71' evinrude motor has a safty that won't let it start.I have power to motor the elec. choke works but thats it. there is no click or any atempt of th motor to turn over. all my light and acceries on boat works. i tried to hot wire it to no avial. any ideas.....Help me please
