I just got an older Outboard Motor I think it is a Ted Williams 7.5 hp
The Model # is 217-58587-0
I would like to change the oil in the lower unit. I see a fill hole on one side and a vent hole on the other. When I take the vent screw out no oil drains.
Do I need to take off the 4 screws out...
