I have a 1993 or 94 mercury 60HP clasic. It is flooding and smoking at idle and does not accelerate acts like it is loosing 10-20Hp on take off. Works fine at runnig speeds. I cleaned the carbs and adjusted the mixtures. Compression is at 138 on all 3 cynlinders. Timming plate is asking for 24...
