    '89 mariner,4cyl,45hp,no fire while spinning starter

    engine spit back thru carb,stopped dead. Flywheel<br />key ok, no water in lines or carbs, plugs good,<br />had starter checked, not dragging; Will fire when<br />pulling thru manually, but will not start.
