at the end of the last season motor would stall at idle. neaby boatyard supposedly cleaned the carb. motor has run great all season this year until the very end and now stalling again.

No oil warning came on; engine will only idle.
Filled oil but no oil still coming on (and engine will Only idle, nothing more)

cockpit scuppers won't drain. only noticed when washing down the boat. can stick a hose very far in but won't drain. not sure (newbie) of how the drains work and don't want to force something i shouldn't (looks like they're below water line)

cannot get the motor started. did notice small amount of gas leaking into the water. opened the cover; when i pump/choke a small amount of gas comes out of the top of the carb?? (and, the boat was just put in the water after winter storage by the marina)
