I just got a 2006 Merc 9.9 4-stroke. Never used yet. It's a long shaft and the Inflatable it's on requires a short shaft.
How feasable is it to swap to a short shaft? I don't know if there is a kit (all the parts for the swap) or am I better off trading for a short shaft?. Have any of you tried...
