no neutral hard to start engine
I have a 1955 or 56 Mercury Hurricane Model 28. It is a 18 horsepower engine. the motor has no neutral it just quit working i dunno what happened. The motor needed a impeller so my dad put one in it. He doesn't know what happened either. can you please help me...
