    My 9.5hp evinrude doesn't want to to stay running when I open her up. If I slow her down when hear the engine start to die it's fine, but if I just leave it open the engine dies. Someone on the forum suggested the high speed adjustment knob, but I don't know what that is and I couldn't find it...
