Changed water seperator filter on my 250 hpdi and now engine is missing hard to get on plane and will only achive approx 4900 rpm. Cleaned filter on port side of engine along with screen in tank on port side of engine. blew out fuel lines from engine to tank all no help.Ran fine before I changed...
