    for a engine i have a 55 hp Johnson 1978 got work don on carbs link and sink n used tumbler.then i switched to a11pitch from 15 now im pretty fast but when mi Idaline no spray comes out only if i rev the engine going full throttle then i have full sprayis this a water pump issue and can i fix it...

    changed prop. 11-p form a 15-p

    i have on now 11pich from a 15 pitch will i notice a speed difference at least will it be noticeable this is on a 55 hp 1978 Johnson that had recent work don link and sink and new tumbler and some wiring issues and rebuilt the carbs. still seems to be lacking power.like dragging a anchor big...
