1997 90 Evinrude. I was idling to the trailer when it cut off. I restarted made loud noise and now wont start. Will turn over a little but most of the time its just a bump. Have I broke a rod ? Cannot turn propeller over when in gear. I really dont know? I am taking to someone local this...
