Hi all,<br /><br />I've just bought a '79 115 Merc. on 16' Sidewinder. I'm having trouble starting it on damp mornings....have to use "quick start" spray in the carbs to get her going. Also, when running at or near full throttle it tends to bog down and then surges back up. Idle is very rough...
