I have some electrical problems on a 9.9 belgium make with serial 09783209, i think this is a 1993 mod. There are no spark on both plugs. I mistake the switch box or stator to be the problem. By messuring the wires out of the stator when crancking I get about 5 VAC, is this correct or is it...
