    i think i have an electrical short ???

    hi everyone my boat has been giving me hard starts pinging at higher rpm above 3k and an occasional backfire due to i believe a misfire..... alot has been replaced on this boat already...... the issue is not fuel related and not caused by a bad coil cap rotor plug wires or advance module...

    Hi, everyone i am new to this forum and have looked through many post but can not find anyone with a similar problem to mine. I have a low hours 3.0l mercruiser that has a pinging noise. The noise sounds similar to pinging caused by detination but timing is set correctly to 2atdc in service mode...
