    200 HP 1995 Evinrude carb problem

    Bottom right carb getting excessive fuel. Spitting fuel out front of barrel. Replaced reeds, changed reed and carb gaskets and still the same. If I switch carbs same cylinder does the same thing. Compression and spark good. Only idles real badly. Idle screw doesn't affect it. High rpms run...
