I have a 1985 evinrude 15 hp thats benn setting about 1 year. Took the carb off took all of the plugs out of it and soaked in carb cleaner overnight, blew it out and a new napa carb kit. Thew some new plugs in it and it started up. Got it idleing best about 1 1/4 turns out. when I get about 1/4...
