I am new to the outboard world, just bought a 1996 15 horse 2 stroke. It runs like a top, but all of the sudden it will just start running like crap. It seems like it is not getting fuel. Is there some kind of fuel filter? Also do not have a manuel so i don't know what to mix the fuel at i have...
