    head torque on 150 fast strike

    hey, Just got a 96 150 fast strike from a freind who had one head off. I got new orings for both heads and know to put sealer on as well. should I put sealer around the orings and water jackets or just the water jackets? also what is the torque spec? 20 ft lbs? thanks.
