I just rebuilt the carbs on my 64 merc 650 but now it bogs down at full throttle. I think that it is also not opening up all the way. (in full throttle) When I un plug the gas to let it run out, right before it kills it takes off i get high rpms and alot more power. I have never owend a boat...
