    Need Part.

    I have a Mercury 6.0 20002 4 stroke. I broke the shifting handle on it. Can you tell me where I can get one? I looked on the net, but it seem it is heard to get Mercury parts, I have a 50hp Johnson, Getting parts for it is no proublem. Thanks Dornoc.

    Mercury 6.0

    I have a Mercury 6.0 4 Stroke. I have to keep my boat in a storage yeard. So I take the small motor off the boat, after every use. I would to bolt it on the boat permanently, Do you have any suggestions on the best way to do this? Thanks for any help. Dornoc

    Wet spark plugs

    ;) I have an 1982 50 hp Johnson. It runs very good. But when I take out the plugs they are very wet. I have them set at 0.40 I see on here some pepole say they should be set at 0.30 :confused:

    Flushing Engine

    :) I have a small Mercury That has a fiting on it so you can flush the motor with out running the motor. I was wonedering if there is a fitting I could put on my 1982 Johnson motor so I would not have to run the motor to flush it? Thanks

    4 Stroke

    :rolleyes: I have a four stroke, and i am wondering if it makes any difference if i use regular SEA 10w30.Or is it best to use 4 stroke oil? Thanks Dornoc. :)

    1982 50Hp. Johnson

    Just got an 82 Johnson motor. It runs good on ears. I was wonrdering what are some of the bigest problems with this motor? Was this 82 model a good motor? Thanks for any INFO. :rolleyes:
