I have a 1979 Yamaha 28EA outboard. its oold but well looked after and runs like a dream. I was giving it abit of maintanace today and thought i would change the shear/cotter pin. Prob off no pin. Anyone have a clue of why it has no pin? Or no hole to put one through?
