    I have just got my evinrude 70 started after a long period laid up. It was running fine at idle but just recently it seems to not remain at idle anymore and start speeding up on it's own.<br /><br />I am running the engine out of water using a flusher so I don't want it to run above idle...

    No spark on Evinrude 70HP

    I have an Evinrude 70 that has not been in the water for almost 2 years so I wasn't expecting it to start first time but when I did try I couldn't even get a spark at any of the plugs - any ideas???<br /><br />Also can someone please advise me about what to do with the VRO unit - mine is leaking...
