    install lower unit.

    so stupid me make fun. i removed the lower unit and replaced the impeller but i for some stupid reason turned the shift shaft that sticks out of the lower unit. no i cant get it to install right in the correct gear. i know there must be a post of how to do this. but i cant find it.     1962 sunde

    hello i bought a 14' 1962 sunde. I cant find a thing about it or the manufacture. any one know anything about this. it only has a 6 number hin. no place that i have gone can search that number it says it incomplete. any info would be awesome.

    backfire out of water inlet.

    OK i have a 1961 merc 500 kiekhaefer. s# 1422018. and i can get it to start with feathering the choke. then if i get it to stay running it will backfire out of the water inlet and shoot water out of the barrel then kill the motor. any one have ideas?:
