I have a 1988 Eninrude 50 Horse....a VRO 50 Model #E50TLCCS on a fishing boat that I bought about a year ago. I have had a couple "boat repair" gusy advise us that we shoudl take off the oil pump and run a oil gas mixture cause on the motor that old it is bound to go on us at some point...
