    Removed and cleaned all four carbs. Should #1, 2 and 3 vacuum be same as / close to #4's? At what rpm is vacuum to be tested?

    2003 Yamaha 75 4 stroke has ran well in past years. Let it sit 30 days with no fuel stabilizer and now hard to start cold. It will start and idle but at a VERY low rpm. Mid range to top end back to idle is good and will continue to idle normal. Air intake is not blocked. Stock fuel filter clean...
