I have a 1989 Spectrum 1900. I have not liscensed the trailer in 4 years and am now again ready to liscense it, but am getting the run around from the Ohio BMV on the make and weight. It is a galvanized non painted trailer. It was fitted to the boat new. Does anyone know the make and weight?
