    Evinrude 15 not running

    I have bought a boat with a non running evinrude 15 horse motor on it. I have bought a Evinrude repair manual for it and trouble shot the ignition end of the motor. Everything tested out good except for the peak voltages, but everything ohmed out good. Couldn't do the peak voltage on them...
