Hi all , new here . Just picked up a 15 foot rinker trihull and am not familiar with o/b , so can someone explain to me the proper usage of this thottle set up , it has a small lever in rear that seems to tuck away behind housing and there is a small buttom on top that doesnt seem to do anything...
