After a long winter, i went to start my boat, and it wont turn over, Mercury 1999 o/b, 125 HP, 4 cylinder, i put new plugs, checked fuel filter, check carburators, all have fuel in it, engine will crank, but it wont start, i looks like the kill switch is on, but is not, dont know what else to...
