    What does the brain trust think of a flushing system like MST guardian or "superflush" which looks to very similar? Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of these things working? I am a boater in salt water and wondered if it would extend the life of my risers. thanks.

    rebuilding carbs as a preventative measure?

    I am looking at boats with 2 stroke carbuerated engines. My worry is that a carb manfunction will cause a lean condition and burn up a cylinder. If I buy a boat with a 4 cylinder carbed 2 stroke, should I right away have the carbs rebuilt, even if the boat runs fine?
