    exhaust manifold Sierra vs GLM?

    I'm doing to 1 pc to 2 pc conversion. I've found kits that are comparably priced. One kit uses Sierra Manifolds... One kit uses GLM Manifolds... Is there a reason to by one over the other? The boat will be freshwater only. TIA

    new long block...4.3...alarm????

    Put the key in, turn to on...then crank. solid BEEEEEEEEEEEP.... doesn't go away until I turn the key off. Motor starts and runs fine. Timing is set, air fuel mixture is right... temp comes up and levels off in the 160-170 range. oil pressure was high then as the motor warmed up came down...

    fuel line...pump to carb

    I know I see a lot of debate about whether or not this line need to be steel or USCG approved hose. I'm not here to debate that.... I'm having an issue finding the fittin that is inverted flare that goes from 3/8 to 3/8...the closest I got was 3/8 standard to pipe thread...wont work...
