    Mercruiser 160

    Found my transom to be rotted and have neither the time nor the money to fix at the moment. Does any body know of a forum that has a for sale section that I could post it in?? Drivetrain is in very good shape. I will not put boat back in water due to transom.

    Mercruiser 160 engine rear mounts

    Yanked my O/D and engine today to replace the coupler. Upon inspection, the port pressed in mount looks suspect. Went ahead and ordered new mounts. Now, what is the best way, WITHOUT special tools, to remove and install the new mounts??
