    asking a ? about a 25 hp evinrude tracker boat motor

    i have a 1989 evanrude tracker 25 hp and i have it on a 1990 bass tracker pf 16 boat..... how fast should it go when push the throttel all the way down i look on my g.p.s and it said 9mph .....if it should go faster then that can someone tell me what to do to fix the problem and to make it go as...

    i have a 1989 25ph evinrude tracker motor.....it is not geting any fire....what should i do to find out why its not getting fire ....it tuning over but not firing up......the motor was not fired up for about 7 years i think....so if any one can help me to tell me what to do or know a web site...
