I have a 1983 mercury 50hp 2-cycle. I have cleaned the carbs, replaced fuel lines, replaced primer bulb, replaced diaphram, and gaskets. But it seems to be starved for gas. It will not get full speed unless I keep priming the bulb.once the primed gas is gone it will only go 1/4 of speed.any...
