    help with timing on my old chrysler

    I dont know what year my chrysler outboard is.It is model#7573 and ser.#3994.If anyone could help i would appreciate it much.I had to replace the timing belt and thought i knew which marks to line up, but apparantly i was wrong.I have also heard you must use a light is this true.I am new to this...
