I just aquired a 1988 SmokerCraft I/O with an OMC Cobra 4.3 Litre. The boat had been winterized, then sat in a garage for 6 years. Put in a new battery, and decided to check things. Vertical drive goes down, but when I try to put it up, no sound. Switched the wires on the relays. Still won't go...
