    Nut on Alpha lower unit won't budge

    Bolt on lower unit won't budge

    Have Mercruiser Alpha One drive and have gotten all of the other locknuts and screws off except starboard side nut. It seems to be stuck and its starting to strip since you can't fully get wrench behind it. Any suggestions? If I had to cut it off, could it be replaced once I got the unit off?

    Seized thermostat bolts

    Went to take off housing last year and couldn't loosen bolts. Really don't want to bust them off, anybody ever have this problem or know what I can try that will put force on bolt with least risk of busting it. Tried WD-40, that is about it so far.
