    Metal gear lube fitting-Where to buy

    Trying to build a pressure tester for my DP-SM outdrive and need a metal gear lube fitting for a 3868912 outdrive.Where are you guys finding these as all in my area is a plastic fill rod.I seem to think that the rod needs 3/8 x 16 threads. thx m

    Gear lube vanishing

    DP-SM outdrive missing a quart of lube but no water in lube that I removed and there is vacuum on the dipstick when I remove to check the lube I can hear air in rushing so how can there be a leak? thx Mark

    Lost 700 RPM's
