I have a 99' 115 johnson that wont cold start unless you pop the hood and turn the red fogging lever counter clockwise.It starts and kills. I than turn the lever back and restart. It idles fine and runs fine all through the throttle range.If it sits to long I have to use the red lever. Anybody...
