I Have a 88 90 hp mercury 3 cylinder. It has sat all winter but was suppose to have been winterized by marina. I put a new gas hose and bulb on, when you push the throttle forward the rpm will go up good and run for only a few seconds then go down to around 2800 and stay there when I let it idle...
