    2002 Mercury 140hp Outboard Rebuilt Hot with 23psi

    HI, i have a problem with my motor and it is that when cold the water pressure is at 10psi , but when we run it at 3500RPM it gets hot and the water pressure goes up to 23psi. We suspect that there is a leak somewhere. All thermostat and puppet valve have been replaced. Please send your comments.
