The problem I have at the ramps in Wilmington, NC is the boat cannot be floated on the trailer. The bow has to be lifted about 3 inches up to fit rollers under bow to secure. The witnesses agree it seems when I winch the boat in; it seems to be lifting off the bunks. The bunks in the water...
