    Can I change my 88 spl into a 120????

    Some one told me that from a 88 hp to a 140 hp all the Johnsons were the same except for the carbs and exhaust. So my question is, if I find a blown 120 can I take the carbs and exhaust off it and put on my 88 and have a 120?

    1988 Laser 1720 Rebuild

    I'm starting a complete rebuild on my 88 laser. So far i have Found out I need to pull the cap and replace the deck, stringers,and more than likely the transom.
