    1979 Robalo 19' CC

    Looking for an owners manual. There are 2 plugs in livewell. One at very bottom for drainage, other one is on sidewall near bottom. I do not know what this one is for. When I put my finger in there I feel something wet and spongy like. Trying to tell if I have a problem.
