I need help anyone... durning the summer i bought a 1987 raycraft tri-haul with a 140hp chrysler on it. we started it up for a couple of seconds outside of the water and it looked like it was running all fine. but when i put it in the water and tried accelerating i only got maybe 5mph tops...
